What regions or locations do you cover?
Can I extend my session on the day of?
Currently, I serve the Kingston, Belleville, and Prince Edward County area, inclusive of Sydenham and North & South Frontenac. I do make occasional trips across Ontario for extra special sessions and events, so please reach out if you'd like to enquire about travel!
That depends! If you are the only session booked that day, there should be no problem extending your session! However, keep in mind that any extensions may change your final price and will be added onto your bill. No images will be released without final payment.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my shoot?
If the weather is bad or conditions are too dangerous for us to continue, we will work together to reschedule our session at a time that is convenient for everyone. For outdoor events that proceed regardless of rain, every effort will be made to capture as many photos as possible and a partial refund may be offered .
Will you be the one taking my photos?
Do I need to pay a deposit for my session?
Yes! Every time you book with Kiara Duval Photography, you are booking me personally! I do not hire any other shooters at this time, though may occasionally have an assistant or second shooter with me.
Yes, you will be asked to pay a deposit, amount to be determined depending on your event type. The average deposit cost is 25% to 50% of your total session cost.
How long will it take to receive my photos?

I have a specific or unusual request, can you accomodate?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of shoot. For most bigger sessions or events, you can expect your photos in 3-4 weeks. Your official deliver deadline will be agreed upon while booking and will be stated in your contract.
